Abbey Road is a summer study abroad program for American and international teenagers. Our programs take place in the month of July in various locations across Western Europe, Canada and the United States. For detailed information regarding locations and dates please refer to our website.
Abbey Road Programs is looking for a virtual Administrative Assistant to support its European programmes this July 2022.
Applicants must be experienced in IT and Customer Relationship Management.
Abbey Road is seeking individuals with outstanding organizational and logistical skills to work as Virtual Staff Coordinators for our international (Canada, France, Spain, Italy) and domestic (Santa Barbara, Boston, Miami, Portland, Honolulu) programs and play a central role in thoughtfully planning and perfectly executing a program calendar full of academic, social, cultural, and recreational activities.
Responsibilities- Manage the master calendar for the program – including travel itineraries, academics, excursions, meals, day trips and other activities.
- Conduct daily online meetings with staff members to ensure the flawless execution of the tasks and daily checklists.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Outstanding organizational and logistical skills, energy, initiative,
- Resourcefulness and attention to detail
- 2+ years working with IT and Staff Management.
- Experience working with student organizations, planning events and activities.
