Job Summary:

onsemi is a self-directed, passionate professional with proven experience in event and trade show planning and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for building the corporate strategy and implementing industry events and trade shows that enable demand creation, customer engagement, and provide memorable and value-added event experiences. The onsemi Events and Trade Show Specialist will also be responsible to drive strategic internal events such as the annual onsemi Leadership Summit, as well as the Analyst Day that will take place every other financial year.

You must be very detail oriented with the ability to drive cross functional teams. You should also be an excellent communicator who can lead the development of tradeshow messaging, graphics, and promotional materials. This role requires meticulous planning, a love for staying organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize with a razor-sharp focus on budget management and logistics.

In this role you will have the opportunity to build relationships with and work with stakeholders across the business including Corporate Marketing, Business Units, Field Sales, Executives, and Distribution/Channel Partner organizations. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Global Campaigns, Events, and Demand Generation within the Global Demand Center team in the onsemi Corporate Marketing organization.

This role will be a part of the growing onsemi Marketing team. The team is passionate about data, storytelling, and winning customers' hearts and minds. Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end demand planning process and drive disciplined execution.
  • Build, challenge, and refine forecast models to improve revenue visibility and supply alignment.
  • Leverage forecasting systems and planning tools to generate reliable demand signals, improve forecast discipline, and accelerate decision-making.
  • Lead weekly revenue reviews with clear insights, forecast gaps, and corrective actions.
  • Pressure-test customer forecast changes with Sales and respond quickly to market shifts.
  • Identify demand risks and upside opportunities early, then drive practical mitigation plans.
  • Support AOP and 5-Year Strategic Plan cycles with rigorous, data-backed demand projections.
  • Analyze historical trends, booking patterns, channel inventory, customer signals, and market movement to sharpen forecast accuracy.
  • Translate analytics into margin-aware decisions that strengthen revenue quality and business performance.
  • Conduct price analysis to assess ASP movement, customer pricing behavior, margin impact, and revenue risk or upside opportunities.
  • Monitor and control distribution channel inventory, including weeks of inventory and aging exposure.
  • Drive channel inventory management by tracking stock levels, aging exposure, sell-through trends, and inventory quality across distribution partners.
  • Communicate recommendations crisply across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and BU leadership.
  • Push cross-functional alignment and hold teams accountable to demand planning actions.
  • Present executive-ready insights and decisions with clarity, urgency, and business impact.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, revenue operations, or business analytics.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, data modeling, and forecast performance analysis.
  • Experience with ERP, planning, or demand management systems, including Blue Yonder or similar tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of forecasting systems, demand planning processes, channel inventory management, and price analysis.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence, challenge assumptions, and align cross-functional teams.
  • High sensitivity to market changes, customer behavior, channel dynamics, and business risk signals.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry and channel business models.
