About the team:

The People Business Partner Team at Relativity Space operates at the intersection of our people and our business. We serve as strategic partners and trusted advisors to leaders, bringing strong business judgment, People expertise, and practical solutions to complex organizational challenges. In a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly, we stay focused on what matters most—enabling high-performing teams and helping Relativity achieve its audacious goals.

About the role:

  • Partner with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and outcomes.
  • Advise on complex people and organizational challenges, bringing strong judgment across org design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and ER.
  • Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing teams and navigate difficult decisions with clarity and empathy.
  • Turn business needs and insights into practical solutions, programs, and actions that drive meaningful impact.
  • Communicate complex issues and recommendations clearly and simply, enabling leaders to make informed decisions.

About you:

  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated proficiency across the full spectrum of HR processes, with a proven ability to navigate and drive success in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled coach and collaborator focused on developing inclusive, high-performing teams and leaders through empathy and partnership.
  • Experienced in implementing and scaling people programs that drive employee engagement and professional development.
  • Proven ability to apply data-driven insights to continuously optimize people strategies, aligning employee experience with business objectives.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience supporting Engineering or other highly technical organizations.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
  • Experience using people analytics to identify trends and inform organizational decisions.
  • HR degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or related).

Hiring Range:
$146,000$218,000 USD
