Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem

As a per diem, nonexempt Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
About the Facility: Lake Behavioral Hospital provides a variety of behavioral health services including inpatient and partial hospitalization for adolescents ages 13-17, inpatient and intense outpatient programs for adults ages 18 and up, as well as inpatient services to older adults ages 55 and up. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of Optum Health
Pharmacy hours Mon-Fri 8AM- 4PM Weekends 8 AM-2PM

Required Qualifications:

• BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Illinois Pharmacist licensure in good standing
• Recent work experience as a pharmacist
• Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns, and work cooperatively with other staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a behavioral health setting

The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
