In this role, you will lead the development and lifecycle of next-gen chiplet-based AI and RISC-V hardware solutions. You’ll define product requirements, align technical and business strategies to deliver scalable, high-performance, and cost-efficient hardware. This role is hybrid, based out of Austin, TX, Santa Clara, CA, Toronto, ON.

Who You Are 

  • Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Bring experience in product management or hardware development within semiconductors—ideally in AI, chiplets, or advanced packaging.
  • Familiar with chiplet design, RISC-V, AI accelerators, and interconnect standards like UCIe and PCIe.
  • Skilled in market analysis, competitive assessment, and turning complex technology into clear, actionable strategies.

  • Someone who can define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for chiplet-based AI hardware.
  • A strong collaborator who works closely with engineering to set technical specs and align design with product goals.
  • A product leader who manages the full lifecycle—from concept to launch—balancing features, timelines, and resources.
  • A clear communicator who delivers concise, impactful updates to executives and key stakeholders.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
