The platform currently serves over 1.1 million monthly active users, making it one of HighLevel’s most widely adopted products. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at scale while solving B2C-style learner experience problems within a B2B2C product ecosystem.

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Creators, who will take ownership of the end-to-end experience across the  product. This role will be responsible for improving engagement, retention, and completion rates through thoughtful product strategy, strong execution, and a deep emphasis on UI/UX excellence.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives focused on scale, performance, and usability, while running experimentation and A/B tests to validate what drives learner success and monetization. This role requires a strong learner-centric mindset, the ability to work with data at scale, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Your mission: To elevate HighLevel’s Creators experience into a best-in-class learning platform by driving adoption, engagement, and outcomes for learners across a global user base.

What You’ll Do
Own the Creators Product Vision & Strategy – Define and execute the roadmap for HighLevel’s Courses platform, serving 1.1M+ monthly active learners, with a strong focus on engagement, completion, and long-term retention in a B2B2C environment.

Own the end-to-end learner journey from first course interaction to completion, repeat engagement, and reactivation, identifying drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities to improve learner outcomes and business impact.

Drive Learner Growth & Monetization – Improve learner adoption, stickiness, and outcomes while supporting revenue expansion through improved course discovery, consumption, and progression experiences.

Deliver Core Learning Experiences – Lead the end-to-end development of features that enhance course creation, consumption, progress tracking, and learner success at scale.

Champion UI/UX Excellence – Partner closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, accessible, and mobile-friendly learning experiences with a strong emphasis on usability and performance.

Experiment & Optimize – Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, improve engagement metrics, and optimize learner journeys across web and mobile.

Scale & Reliability – Continuously improve platform scalability, performance, and reliability to support a large and growing learner base.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work across engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive adoption and elevate learner satisfaction.

Leverage Data for Decisions – Use analytics and experimentation insights to prioritize roadmap investments and measure product impact.

Own Outcomes, Not Just Features – Deliver measurable improvements in learner engagement, retention, completion rates, and overall platform growth.

Activation & First-Value Ownership
Identify, define, and optimize learner activation milestones (e.g., first lesson completed, first course finished) that strongly correlate with long-term retention and monetization

Own Metrics & Business Impact Own and report on clear success metrics, including learner activation rate, course completion rate, time-to-first-value, 7/30/90-day retention cohorts, and revenue per learner, using data to continuously refine product strategy.

Who You Are
Learning Platform & B2C Experience – You have built and shipped impactful features for eLearning or MOOC platforms, creating engaging learner experiences that drive activation, completion, retention, and long-term usage at scale.

UX-Obsessed for Learning – You bring a strong UI/UX sensibility focused on learner journeys, content discovery, progress tracking, and habit formation, with a track record of delivering intuitive and delightful learning experiences.

Experimentation-Led – You are comfortable running A/B tests and structured experiments to improve learner engagement, completion rates, and learning outcomes through rapid iteration.

Learner-Centric Mindset – You consistently balance business objectives with learner success, keeping learner needs, motivation, and outcomes at the center of product decisions.

Strategic and Execution-Focused – You can define a clear product vision for a learning platform while staying deeply involved in execution to ensure ideas translate into real impact.

Data-Informed Decision Maker – You rely on behavioral data, funnel metrics, and cohort analysis to prioritize initiatives, validate assumptions, and guide product direction across large learner populations.

What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on B2C or B2B2C learning platforms serving 2M+ monthly active users.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful product features that drive measurable improvements in learner engagement, completion, retention, and business growth.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles for learning experiences, with the ability to partner closely with design teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-quality user journeys.
- Experience driving creator growth and monetization within subscription, marketplace, or creator-led business models.
- Familiarity with SaaS and creator platform growth levers, including creator activation, engagement loops, retention, lifecycle optimization, and audience monetization.

Bonus: You have worked on a highly polished B2C learning or content platform with 2M+ monthly active users, and can clearly articulate your impact on growth, engagement, and learner satisfaction.
