We are seeking a strategic Staff Product Manager to lead Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) within our ISPM team. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our ITDR vision, transforming the identity fabric of the enterprise into a proactive defense layer. By unifying identity governance, granular behavioral analytics, and automated threat response, you will define the future of identity security—ensuring that every human, non-human and AI identity is protected against evolving threats, thereby hardening the security posture of the world's most critical enterprises.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for ITDR, prioritizing advanced detection algorithms, response automation, and threat landscape analysis.

  • ITDR Architecture: Architect ITDR pillars, including real-time detection engineering, behavioral analytics, and integration with SIEM/SOAR ecosystems.

  • Advanced Detection: Develop advanced detection logic for identity-centric attacks (e.g., privilege escalation, lateral movement, credential abuse) leveraging AI-native capabilities.

  • Security Practitioner Empathy: Build deep empathy with security practitioners to solve critical challenges in detection engineering and incident response.

  • Drive Product Excellence: Maintain strict accountability for product quality, user experience, and timely delivery while ensuring consistent process adherence.

  • Executive Customer Advocacy: Build relationships with strategic design partners to influence roadmap and prioritization.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure GTM readiness and market penetration.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • Experience: 12-15 years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in Cybersecurity, specifically in ITDR, SIEM, or XDR domains.

  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, industry-leading compliance frameworks, identity-based threat vectors, and SOC operations.

  • Product Methodologies: Deep expertise in agile development, product management frameworks

  • Analytical & Design Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to drive data-backed decisions, combined with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.

  • Global Collaboration: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the flexibility to work across multiple global time zones with diverse stakeholders.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Deep domain expertise in IAM, IGA, PAM, or ISPM.

    • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Entra)
