Staff Product Manager, SaaS platform

The Staff Product Manager will lead the evolution of Vidmob’s core SaaS platform and partner with the product experience team. This role will shape how customers access, configure, manage, and scale on-platform Vidmob experiences.

Our core platform serves as a component of Vidmob’s overall strategy of delivering creative data where customer decisions are made. The product manager will build new capabilities that will be exposed throughout the Vidmob portfolio and continually find ways for customers to use the platform to more easily accomplish their goals.

We are an AI-first product organization, and every team member is expected to use AI tools directly to accelerate discovery, analysis, prototyping, and delivery.

This role is based in our Midtown NYC office with periodic in-office presence averaging about 30% over any given month.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Vidmob’s core SaaS platform.

  • Improve the end-to-end customer journey across onboarding, configuration, daily workflows, collaboration, reporting, and administration.

  • Build scalable platform capabilities including reporting, analysis, handling new media types, extending notifications, and administration.

  • Partner closely with platform experience and engineering to simplify complex workflows and reduce barriers to wider use.

  • Develop shared platform services and reusable capabilities that support multiple product areas and reduce duplicated effort.

  • Balance the needs of enterprise customers with a coherent, scalable product architecture and operating model.

  • Own the reliability and quality of the platform experience. Partner with support and engineering to turn recurring customer issues into durable product fixes.

  • Drive product adoption through instrumentation, usability improvements, workflow optimization, and close analysis of customer behavior.

  • Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing on discovery, launch planning, enablement, and adoption.

  • Use AI tools directly across research, requirements, prototyping, analysis, testing, documentation, and product operations.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years at a staff or principal level.

  • 3+ years of experience in adtech, martech, enterprise software, or another workflow-heavy SaaS category. Creative advertising experience is a strong plus.

  • Strong experience building enterprise SaaS products, platform capabilities, and multi-user workflows.

  • Proven success taking complex products from strategy and discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration.

  • Strong product and technical fluency across SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, permissions, identity, and enterprise administration.

  • Track record in partnering with UX teams to marry functionality with simple and powerful application experiences.

  • Comfort owning a large, active backlog of customer needs and enhancement requests, and the judgment to prioritize across them.

  • Aggressive use of AI tools to accelerate product work and an experimental mindset around improving speed and quality.

  • Hands-on ability to perform lightweight data analysis using SQL, Python, and related tools to investigate product behavior, test hypotheses, and inform decisions.

  • Excellent communicator across functions and levels, from designers and engineers to executives and customers.

  • Customer-first orientation—you translate discovery into action and can handle feedback with empathy, urgency, and clarity.

  • A calm, positive presence even in complexity—able to drive outcomes without drama.

Compensation
  • $195-$215k + Offers Equity
