What You'll Do
• Leads and collaborates with a large set of stakeholders to identify, build, and test customer value propositions. • Communicate complex subjects in a simple and straightforward way, and is a skilled problem solver that utilizes data and experience to identify problems and solutions • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure product goals and priorities alignment. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and potential threats. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product team members, sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning • Develop and manage product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. • Create and maintain product backlogs and prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. • Work closely with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and compelling user interfaces. • Define and track key metrics using OKRs and KPIs to measure product success and inform future decisions. • Communicate product updates, progress, and plans to stakeholders across the organization, including executives, customers, and partners. • Manage product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. • Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement. • Continuously iterate and improve the product based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals. • Communicate changes of scope and delivery items to impacted teams and delivery of core products to be used across multiple LOBs seamlessly.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and drive cross-functional execution.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; adept at influencing technical and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and functional teams to drive innovation and adoption.

What will give you a competitive advantage (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (MBA, Computer Science, AI, or related discipline).
  • Background in automotive, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial software environments.

Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week, at minimum. This position will be located at the Mountain View Technical Center.
Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of the California Bay Area.
  • The salary range for this role is $159,400 to $245,000. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
