Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies—making collections smarter and faster for companies that have historically relied on manual processes that are labor intensive and costly. Our platform is gaining traction with finance teams across industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors from Fortune 10 brands to scaling midmarkets. We're backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures, Page One and Microsoft.

The Role

We’re hiring the first Product Manager to build and execute towards our vision to get customers paid faster and transform the financial space for B2B companies. This role will report directly to the Head of Product & Design and is an exciting opportunity to do high-impact, hands-on work while also contributing meaningfully to strategy and clarity of vision.

We’re looking for someone who has strong experience building products, either as an engineer or designer , who has since graduated to a product role. An ability to spec ideas, clarify product fidelity, and settle debates using working prototypes. This person will thrive if they have a real hands-on ability to build alongside the rest of Product & Engineering, instead of just directing and facilitating.
What You'll Do

  • Translate Stuut’s vision for AR into shipped product outcomes that are customer and market evidenced.

  • Be customer-obsessed: synthesize their needs, track and evaluate competitor positioning, and transform these insights into rapidly testable hypotheses.

  • Build fast, low-fidelity prototypes to resolve product debates and settle on decisions in days, not weeks. Bring ideas directly in front of customers to pressure-test direction before committing engineering time.

  • Partner and embed deeply with engineering and design, holding the pen as we execute on projects and steering them towards customer and business goals.

  • Set the operational foundations for growth by instituting foundational product frameworks, roadmaps, and dashboards.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of PM experience with an equal amount of time spent in an IC execution role, either in engineering or design.

  • Instincts that default to building and moving quickly, showing rather than telling.

  • Experience facilitating customer discovery, synthesizing competitive intelligence, and acting on it.

  • Experience operating inside a fast-growing organization and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

  • Experience (or strong interest) in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial data — understanding AR/AP workflows is a big plus.

Compensation

  • Top-of-market salary and equity package

  • Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)

  • Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you

  • 401(k) & Match

  • Equity

  • Flexible PTO

  • Parental Leave
