About Giga

Giga has recently raised a $61M Series A and is working with Fortune 500 customers to deploy the next generation of customer experience — real-time AI agents that can understand emotion, resolve issues instantly, and scale across the world's largest enterprises.

It's an exciting inflection point for the company. While we’ve seen fast success, we have larger ambitions. Our goal is to become the go-to AI platform for all enterprise automation. To achieve this, we need great marketers.

The work affects millions of people every day and our team members have autonomy and make true impact. This opportunity is unique because we have a world-class team, have found commercial success, and see a clear path to becoming a generational company.

About the Role

Our Staff Product Marketer will own how Giga shows up in the market: from positioning and messaging to sales enablement and go-to-market execution. You'll serve as the connective tissue between product, demand and sales, translating a highly technical product into compelling stories that resonate with the world's largest enterprises.

What You'll Do

  • Own Giga's positioning, messaging framework, and value proposition, defining how we win in clear and differentiated terms

  • Translate complex, technical product capabilities into narratives that speak to business outcomes, not just features, making it easy for buyers to understand why Giga is the obvious choice

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and marketing

  • Build and maintain core sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and demo narratives so every rep tells the same compelling story

  • Run ongoing messaging and positioning training with the sales team to sharpen how they articulate the value of Giga's technical differentiation

  • Own the competitive intelligence function, tracking competitive positioning and equipping the GTM team with real-time insights

  • Lead customer and prospect interviews to capture voice of the customer and feed insights back into messaging, content, and product strategy

  • Develop category-level content (thought leadership, case studies, webinars) that continues to build Giga's brand and shapes how the market thinks about AI-powered CX

  • Own Giga's external narrative across the website, analyst relationships, press, and events

Who You Are

  • You can do the job of a sales rep and FDE combined is technical enough to understand the product and innovate on demos and can sell to customers as well.

  • A seasoned product marketer with experience at a high-growth enterprise software or AI company

  • Proven ability to take a technical, complex product and craft messaging that resonates with both business and technical stakeholders, including C-suite buyers

  • Demonstrated experience building world class sales collateral and enablement programs from the ground up, having sat in on sales calls, iterated on pitches, and seen what actually moves deals forward

  • Track record of developing positioning and messaging frameworks that translate into measurable pipeline and win rate improvement

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can earn the trust of product, engineering, and sales teams simultaneously

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity at the Series A stage, knowing how to prioritize, move fast, and build foundations without a large team behind you

  • Data-driven in how you measure PMM impact: pipeline influence, win/loss trends, content utilization, and sales velocity

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing AI, automation, voice AI, or conversational AI solutions

  • Background in or deep familiarity with the CX, contact center, or customer support technology space

  • Exposure to large enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business and IT

  • Familiarity with target verticals such as logistics, financial services, insurance, telecom, retail, or travel and hospitality

  • Experience defining or reshaping a product category, not just marketing within one

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base + bonus + equity

  • Catered lunch daily

  • Dinner stipend

  • $150/month wellness benefit (gym, fitness classes, mental health)

  • 401(k) plan

  • Paid parental leave (12 weeks maternal, 6 weeks paternal)

  • Commuter benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

Why Giga

At Giga, you'll define the story for one of the most advanced enterprise AI platforms on the market — sold to the world's most recognized consumer brands. You'll be joining a team that moves fast, builds fearlessly, and values people who take ownership and drive impact.

If you're motivated by turning a technically brilliant product into a market-winning narrative and partnering with sales to close transformative deals, this is your opportunity to make it happen.

Giga is an equal opportunity employer. We're committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
