Job Description

In this role, you will manage global product marketing and drive design wins for Renesas’ memory interface products, specifically targeting the AI datacenter market. You will collaborate with cross-functional R&D and regional sales teams to align customer technical requirements with our product roadmap. Ultimately, you are responsible for building compelling business cases and executing promotional strategies that expand market share and secure revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth: Execute global product promotion activities for memory interface products, specifically targeting the AI Datacenter market, to ensure product line revenue and profitability.
  • Shape the Roadmap: Contribute to product and roadmap definition by collating inputs from the field, customers, and emerging market trends.
  • Build Business Cases: Develop clear, compelling business cases to justify new product investments and outline global market opportunities.
  • Align Technical Requirements: Collaborate closely with R&D and applications teams to define precise product requirements based on customer needs.
  • Secure Design-Ins: Interface with Sales, FAE, and Regional Marketing teams to coordinate technical and non-technical support, driving customer design wins.
  • Execute Independently: Manage end-to-end product marketing tasks autonomously, acting as the primary bridge between market demands and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of memory markets for server and client applications.
  • Proven ability to follow up on leads and develop relationships in the field.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master`s degree Preferred.
