We are seeking a Staff Senior Accountant to join our team and manage all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have excellent QuickBooks knowledge and the ability to handle all financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Duties:
- Full Charge Bookkeeping from Bank Reconciliation to Financial Statements on Sage Intacct & QBO.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries.
- Manage company expenses, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Assist with year-end reports and tax preparation.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct & QBO.
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Access.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
