The Enterprise Business Applications team is responsible for building scalable, integrated systems that power critical business operations across supply chain, finance, and customer enablement. We are looking for an experienced Staff/Senior Staff Supply Chain Program Manager to lead end-to-end ERP-driven transformation initiatives.

This role requires a strategic program leader who can operate across both business and technology, driving large-scale SAP implementations while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. You will play a key role in modernizing supply chain processes and enabling data-driven, efficient operations.

In This Role, You Will...

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs with a focus on SAP ERP implementations
  • Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics across multiple workstreams
  • Drive execution across planning, logistics, order management, fulfillment systems and manufacturing 
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable, integrated solutions
  • Oversee system integrations across SAP and adjacent enterprise platforms
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Establish governance frameworks including status reporting, risk management, and escalation handling
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and process optimization across supply chain operations
  • Drive adoption and change management across global stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Program Management with a strong focus on Supply Chain and ERP transformations
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP ERP implementations
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, order-to-cash)
  • Experience managing large, multi-phase programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Strong technical acumen including system integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP ecosystem tools such as:
  • IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
  • FSM (Field Service Management)
  • BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)
  • Experience in high-growth, high-transaction environments
  • Familiarity with AI/automation initiatives in supply chain
  • Experience with Agile / SAFe program delivery models
