You will be responsible for balancing long-term vision with go-to-market readiness, ensuring that product strategies align with overall business objectives and drive measurable market impact.

This is a highly cross-functional role that bridges the gap between Product Management, Portfolio Strategy, and the Integrated Marketing teams. 1. Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership
  • Launch Ownership: Lead the development and planning of global GTM strategies for New Product Introductions (NPIs).
  • Commercial Readiness: Define launch goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the organization is prepared for market entry.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with Product Management to ensure the roadmap aligns with market needs and with the Integrated Marketing team to operationalize campaign launches.

  1. Sales Enablement and Field Readiness
  • Asset Creation: Develop strategic sales tools, including pitch decks, landscape comparisons, and objection-handling materials.
  • Training: Design and deliver training sessions to ensure field and channel teams can confidently communicate product value.

  1. Market and Portfolio Insights
  • Voice of Customer: Synthesize market research and customer insights to refine product strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Marketing Management: Continuously monitor market feedback to optimize positioning and commercial programs.

Skills and Competencies
  • GTM Expertise: Proven ability to build and execute differentiated positioning and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies at the platform or portfolio level.
  • Insight & Segmentation: Deep capability in customer segmentation and synthesizing customer and stakeholder insights into action.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of single-cell, spatial biology, or advanced omics markets.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present complex information to executive leadership.
  • Leadership & Influence: Exceptional leadership skills, a relentless curiosity, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
  • Communication: Outstanding, clear, and articulate communication skills, able to distill large initiatives into compelling, actionable direction for diverse audiences.
  • Advocacy: Demonstrated ability to be a high-energy advocate internally and externally for customers, partners, and teams.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience: 7 years in product marketing, product management, or segment marketing within the life sciences or biotech.
