  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, guiding team members on best practices for wireless development and debugging.
  • Collaborate with product, hardware, and mobile teams to define end-to-end Bluetooth connectivity requirements and solutions.
  • Debug, optimize, and validate wireless protocols and firmware across multi-core embedded systems and mobile OS environments.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks for Bluetooth validation and interoperability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, Bluetooth SIG standards, and emerging technologies, ensuring Motive products remain cutting-edge.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years of experience in wireless connectivity or embedded software development, with significant focus on Bluetooth Classic and BLE.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong programming experience in C/C++ for embedded systems, and Java/Kotlin/Swift for mobile platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Bluetooth stacks, profiles, pairing/bonding mechanisms, custom services, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with iOS CoreBluetooth and Android Bluetooth APIs.
  • Understanding of wireless coexistence challenges and mitigation strategies.
