The Opportunity
Superhuman is looking for a Startups Program Manager to support and grow our Superhuman for Startups program and help expand our footprint across the startup and AI ecosystem. This is a high-impact, full-time position with meaningful ownership across community-led growth, field marketing, partnerships, and program operations.

This role is highly cross-functional and execution-focused. You’ll play a key part in running programs that drive awareness, adoption, and long-term affinity for Superhuman among founders, operators, VCs, and ecosystem partners.

In this role, you will:

Support & Grow Superhuman for Startups (Core Responsibility)

  • Design, execute, and help scale the Superhuman for Startups program, working closely with senior stakeholders to align on strategy and deliver results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top VC funds, accelerators, and startup ecosystem partners.
  • Increase penetration and adoption within partner portfolios through enablement, education, and activation strategies.
  • Manage inbound applications, partner onboarding, and ongoing partner success.
  • Support co-marketing and bundled offers with ecosystem partners (e.g. AWS, Rippling, Mercury).

Field Marketing & Community Building

  • Build and execute a startup-focused field marketing strategy to drive awareness and brand affinity for Superhuman
  • Plan and own execution of events in partnership with accelerators, VCs, and ecosystem partners, and translate learnings into repeatable playbooks (e.g. meetups, happy hours, founder dinners).
  • Help evaluate and manage sponsorships of high-impact ecosystem events.

Program Operations, Scaling & Optimization

  • Maintain and improve systems, processes, and documentation to support program growth.
  • Track program performance, adoption, and partner outcomes; surface insights and recommendations.
  • Support operational excellence as the program expands in scope and volume.

Expanded Community & Strategic Initiatives

  • Help identify new acquisition and engagement levers, including founder referrals and community-led GTM motions.
  • Partner with PMM and Marketing to support thought leadership initiatives targeted at founders and operators.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to evolve perks, messaging, and cross-product adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Growth, and Community teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and impact.
  • Provide clear updates, documented learnings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in program management, community building, partnerships, or field marketing—ideally in startups, SaaS, or tech.
  • Proven ability to own programs end-to-end and optimize them thoughtfully.
  • Strong relationship-builder who is excited about engaging with founders, operators, and ecosystem partners.
  • Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to execute.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Location: We're open to you joining us in our San Francisco and New York offices.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
