About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for protecting, retaining, and growing revenue within an assigned portfolio by delivering exceptional client experiences and identifying opportunities for expansion. You will collaborate across teams and leverage deep product knowledge to align solutions with client needs while building long-term, value-driven partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as project liaison leading post-sales client service needs by partnering with sales, support, service, and product resources to ensure client success
  • Project-manage resources, timelines, budgets, and communication related to specific client projects and events including development and execution of Statements of Work and Client Business Reviews
  • Develop strategic account management plans for an assigned client portfolio
  • Build key business relationships with influential individuals and high-level decision makers
  • Develop strategies for revenue retention and expansion while creating targeted, solution-oriented presentations and proposals
  • Maintain awareness of customer needs and industry trends to optimize market positioning
  • Develop, execute, and manage client satisfaction and loyalty strategies
  • Partner with Account Executives to support sales of new business and expanded solutions while managing pipeline and forecasting activity in CRM

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in account management and sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with contract negotiation
  • Strong forecasting and sales strategy development skills
  • Understanding of corporate legal and legal operations processes and ability to quickly learn product solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively to meet customer needs

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $109,200. Total Target Cash Range: $100,900 - $168,200. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Colorado, the base pay range is $65,600 - $109,200, the total target cash range is $100,900 - $168,200.If performed in New York, the base pay range is $72,100 - $120,200, the total target cash range is $111,000 - $185,000.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $78,700 - $131,100, the total target cash range is $121,100 - $201,900.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $65,600 - $109,200, the total target cash range is $100,900 - $168,200.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $62,300 - $103,700, the total target cash range is $95,900 - $159,800.
