Job Overview:

As a Strategic Account Director within Quantiphi’s Google Cloud Business Unit, you will lead and expand one of our most strategic global industrial technology accounts. This enterprise operates across advanced manufacturing, aerospace, industrial automation, connected platforms, and smart infrastructure  requiring deep expertise in cloud-led transformation at scale.

You will be responsible for driving large, multi-year Google Cloud–centric transformation programs, positioning AI, data, and cloud-native solutions that modernize operations, enable intelligent products, and unlock enterprise-wide digital innovation.

This role requires experience managing Fortune 100 level accounts, navigating global matrixed organizations, and building executive partnerships across technology, operations, engineering, and digital functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the global account strategy within the Google Cloud Business Unit, aligning to enterprise cloud modernization and AI transformation initiatives.

  • Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy centered around Google Cloud Platform (GCP), data modernization, AI/ML, and industry-specific accelerators.

  • Identify and drive large-scale GCP migration, application modernization, data platform, and AI adoption programs.

  • Build executive-level relationships across CIO, CTO, CDO, VP Engineering, VP Operations, and Digital Transformation leaders.

  • Collaborate closely with Google Cloud field teams, partner managers, and alliance leadership to develop joint account plans.

  • Position Quantiphi as a strategic Google Cloud transformation partner embedded within the client’s cloud journey.

  • Drive multimillion-dollar, multi-year cloud transformation engagements from opportunity shaping through contract negotiation (enterprise MSAs, global SoWs).

  • Expand footprint across business units by identifying opportunities in:

  • Industrial AI & predictive analytics on GCP

  • Smart manufacturing & digital twins

  • IoT and connected device analytics

  • Supply chain intelligence

  • GenAI-enabled operational automation

  • Lead coordinated account planning across sales, delivery, solutions, and Google alliance teams.

  • Act as the single-threaded account leader within the Google Cloud Business Unit.

  • Ensure delivery excellence and long-term client satisfaction across all GCP programs.

  • Contribute to industrial GTM strategy, Google Cloud co-sell motions, and joint solution development.
     

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 10+ years of experience managing large, strategic enterprise accounts within industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, or automation sectors.

  • Proven track record driving Google Cloud (GCP) revenue growth within Fortune 100 / Global 500 accounts.

  • Deep expertise in cloud migration, data platform modernization, AI/ML, and enterprise transformation programs.

  • Experience managing complex global MSAs, SoWs, and commercial constructs.

  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated C-level engagement success.

  • Experience collaborating in co-sell motions with hyperscalers (Google Cloud preferred).

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).

Other Qualifications:

  • Direct experience leading enterprise-wide Google Cloud transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with:

    • Vertex AI & enterprise AI adoption

    • Industrial IoT data platforms

    • Cloud-native application modernization

    • Supply chain and manufacturing analytics

  • Strong understanding of AI governance, enterprise data security, and regulatory considerations in global industrial organizations.
