The Strategic Account Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth within key strategic accounts by leading complex, high-impact initiatives from concept to execution. This role manages end-to-end project delivery—including product development, implementation, client-facing materials, and timelines—while ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.


What you will be doing:

  • Support Strategic Account Managers by driving complex, high-impact projects that fuel sales growth within key strategic accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution including product development, implementation, client-facing materials, and timelines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Special Order teams, and vendors to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Lead planning and execution of Book & Go (BNG) initiatives, site sales, experiential opportunities, and limited-edition collections.
  • Develop project trackers, ensure timely billing, and proactively troubleshoot issues related to invoicing, delivery, and execution.
  • Travel as needed to support strategic sales efforts and client engagements.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, project management, or operations.
  • Excellent communication skills across in-person, virtual, and digital channels.
  • Strong project management, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SFDC and PromoSpot experience a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience supporting strategic or enterprise-level accounts
  • Exposure to promotional products, branded merchandise, or B2B sales environments.

**The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
