Owning significant analytical workstreams, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the company. This position is perfect for a highly analytical and proactive individual with a proven ability to work independently and a passion for solving complex business problems with data.

Your Impact

  • Own & Conduct Complex Analysis: Independently own and conduct complex analysis to test hypotheses and shape strategy. You will develop and present data-driven recommendations based on your findings from market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
  • Design & Interpret Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain scalable and insightful dashboards using SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau. You will be responsible for interpreting trends, providing proactive insights, and communicating the "story behind the data" to stakeholders
  • Drive Financial & Operational Reporting: Drive key components of the financial forecasting, annual planning, and monthly business review processes. You will take ownership of specific models and reports, ensuring their accuracy and providing initial analysis on performance
  • Manage Analytical Projects: Independently manage and execute analytical workstreams within larger strategic projects. You will be responsible for defining your approach, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality analysis with minimal supervision
  • Serve as an Analytical Partner: Act as a key analytical partner to cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and using data to influence decisions and drive alignment. You will also serve as a resource and informal mentor for junior members of the team

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical role, such as business analytics, strategy, or management consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, BigQuery), with a proven ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Expertise in building sophisticated models in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong attention to detail.
  • A proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take full ownership of complex analytical problems from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative spirit with a track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math/Statistics, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience or equivalent military experience required
  • Experience in the Enterprise Technology sector is a plus.
