We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our front-end equipment sourcing team that is responsible for development and executing sourcing strategies for equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves team management, talent development, supplier relationship management, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of equipment that meets our technical and operations requirement.


Responsibilities
  • Develop fab equipment sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, technology roadmaps, and capacity plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and finance teams to align sourcing decision with technical requirements and budgets
  • Lead end-to-end negotiation processes with equipment vendors to align capital investment with company growth, capacity expansion, and technology roadmap
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key equipment vendors to ensure alignment on business objectives
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional sourcing team, setting a clear vision, strategic directions, and measurable goals aligned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in procurement or process engineering (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, or metrology) within the semiconductor industry
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, cross-functional teamwork, and technical understanding of semiconductor manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and project management skill
