The Role:
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be an essential part of our Professional Services team, responsible for delivering exceptional consulting services to our dealership customers. Your expertise in the automotive sector, combined with your commitment to customer success, will help enhance client relationships, drive revenue growth, and create a positive impact on our organization. You will work closely with automotive dealerships to ensure they implement our products successfully while maximizing their value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build Lasting Relationships: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with dealership accounts to enhance their profitability through tailored consulting engagements and personalized support.
  • Maximize ROI: Drive adoption of Solera SaaS products within client businesses, ensuring they achieve a high return on investment.
  • Identify Opportunities: Proactively generate new consulting engagement opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with our service offerings.
  • Travel for Impact: Be prepared to travel up to 75% of the time to engage directly with dealerships, providing on-site support and consultation.
  • Collaborate as One Team: Work alongside Solera team members, embodying our “One Team” culture and sharing knowledge to enhance overall team performance.
  • Exemplify Professionalism: Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
  • Execute Initiatives: Deliver timely execution of departmental and company initiatives, contributing to overall success.
  • Tackle Complex Challenges: Manage and resolve moderate to complex tasks related to the success of and requests from your assigned dealerships.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze various data sets to provide actionable recommendations to your dealership clients and internal teams.
  • Achieve KPIs: Meet specific individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) while embracing additional responsibilities as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry Experience: Strong automotive dealership experience is highly preferred.
  • SaaS Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with SaaS accounts, particularly within the automotive dealership sector is preferred.
  • Product Knowledge: At least 1 year of experience with SaaS products, ideally utilized by automotive dealerships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus.
  • Training and Presentation Skills: Proven ability to conduct training sessions and present effectively to both small and large groups.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively over the phone, through virtual meetings, and in person.
  • Accountability: A strong sense of personal accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
