Why Blee:

Blee is an AI-first marketing content compliance platform. PayPal, NerdWallet, and Brex already trust us. We're YC-backed, founded by an ex-Adobe marketing ops leader and former lawyer, and we're defining a category that didn't exist two years ago—across Fintech, Financial Services, CPG, Travel, and Life Sciences..

With offices in San Francisco and New York, we value in-person work but offer remote-opportunities for the right people. No matter where you join us, you can expect quarterly off-sites and opportunities to join other offices when you feel it’s important. You’ll be joining a team that values clarity, ownership, and shared responsibility—and is focused on building something that genuinely improves how teams work.

The Role

This is a Strategic Implementation Manager role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical complexity and customer relationships. You will own end-to-end enterprise engagements from signed contract to platform go-live, working with legal and marketing teams at some of the world's largest organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end enterprise implementations – From signed contract to platform go-live for legal and marketing teams

  • Conduct stakeholder mapping – Identify executive sponsors, power users, blockers, and champions within each customer org

  • Build and manage implementation project plans – Milestones, owners, and weekly status cadence

  • Scope and sequence deployment – Determine rollout order across departments, geographies, and use cases

  • Coordinate technical integration – SSO, data flow configuration, API setup, and security review with customer IT teams

  • Navigate organizational dynamics – Manage competing priorities between stakeholders to unblock implementation milestones and maintain project momentum

  • Create implementation-specific documentation – Configuration docs, initial training materials, and runbooks to support rollout

  • Facilitate warm handoff to CSM – Full context transfer package as implementation completes

  • Maintain the implementation playbook – Document repeatable patterns, common blockers, and solutions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Customer Success Manager and Account Executive to deliver successful enterprise outcomes

Who You Are

  • A natural project manager – you bring structure to ambiguity and keep complex workstreams on track

  • Executive-ready; you're comfortable presenting to VPs, GCs, and C-level stakeholders

  • Technically fluent – you can discuss SSO, APIs, data flows, and security with customer IT teams

  • Detail-oriented and organized; stakeholder maps, Gantt charts, and RACI matrices are second nature

  • Empathetic and customer-first; you build trust with every interaction

  • Excited to define and own a critical function at a high-growth company

Who You'll Work With

You will work directly with Blee's customer success and product leadership, partnering daily with enterprise customers' legal, marketing, and IT teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in management consulting, enterprise SaaS implementation, or customer-facing project management

  • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects with 4–6 month timelines

  • Strong organizational skills: stakeholder mapping, project plans, RACI matrices, status reporting

  • Technical fluency: comfortable discussing SSO, APIs, data flows, and security

  • Based in NYC or the Bay Area and willing to come into the office 3 days a week

  • Willingness to travel to see customers in person (approximately 10-20%)

How We Work:

We have offices in New York and San Francisco and value in-person collaboration, but we're open to remote for the right person. Wherever you're based, expect bi-annual off-sites and the chance to spend time in our other offices when it matters.

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Bi-annual get-togethers

  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Free access to OneMedical (US Only)

  • Company-paid life insurance (US Only)

  • Company-sponsored 401k + matching (US Only)

  • Flexible time off (with mandatory 15 days off)

  • Financial support for work-adjacent learning opportunities

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
