Description
Bectran is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to accelerate our expansion through high-value external collaborations. In this role, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that directly contribute to business growth. You will also play a key part in expanding our third-party referral channels-including affiliates, professional associations, referral networks, and other mutually beneficial collaborations.
What You Will Do:
  • Help define and execute the partnership strategy aligned with business goals, including segmentation and prioritization.
  • Partnership Development - identify and prospect targeted introducer partners that align with our strategy.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals and presentations/pitch materials.
  • Nurture and manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and long-term engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with GTM teams to integrate partnerships into the business model and ensure operational success.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of each partnership using KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Support co-branded marketing campaigns, industry events, webinars, and content initiatives that activate and promote partnerships.
  • Keep up to date on order-to-cash industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.

Requirements
What You Need to Be Successful:
  • Proven experience in business development or partnership management, ideally within SaaS, Order-to-Cash, or B2B sectors (5+ years).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience building value-driven relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at multiple levels.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and partnership tracking tools.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.

Compensation & Benefits:
In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.
In addition to competitive pay, Bectran offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
