About Marchay

Marchay is a curated, membership-based travel service and community for some of the world’s most sophisticated travelers. Recognized by leading publications as a premier luxury travel service, Marchay provides a complete, high-touch solution for managing members’ high-end travel needs. A key benefit of membership is dedicated, unbiased service from a highly experienced travel team. Marchay offers unlimited, bespoke trip planning and execution, access to pre-vetted private homes and villas, and preferred partner benefits at over 1,200 luxury hotels worldwide.

Build relationships at the highest levels of luxury, travel, and private client ecosystems.

The Role

This is not a traditional partnerships role.

You will be the person who represents Marchay in rooms where relationships matter—with leading luxury brands, private client ecosystems, and high-end service providers.

You will identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships that elevate the Marchay experience and unlock meaningful commercial opportunities.

This role sits at the intersection of:

  • Brand
  • Revenue
  • Client experience
  • Strategic growth

You will operate with autonomy, but your work will directly shape how Marchay is perceived and where it plays.

Requirements

 Who You Are

  • You are credible in high-level rooms—you can hold your own with senior executives and sophisticated clients
  • You have strong taste and judgment—you know what fits and what doesn’t
  • You are both strategic and commercial—you think in terms of long-term value, not just activity
  • You are naturally relationship-oriented, but not transactional
  • You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy

Experience

  • 3–7+ years in partnerships, business development, private client services, or luxury/hospitality ecosystems
  • Experience working with or selling into high-end brands or discerning clientele
  • Track record of building relationships that drive real outcomes

Benefits
  • Competitive Compensation: Annual salary with a variable bonus component
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Fully covered, top-of-the-line medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) Plan: Access to our retirement savings program
  • Generous Time Off: Ample PTO plus company holidays to recharge and reset
  • Career Growth: Opportunity to develop toward a senior leadership role, with increasing ownership and strategic decision-making over time
  • Flexibility: Remote work environment with the ability to manage your schedule effectively
  • Innovative Market Leader: Join a forward-thinking company with a proven track record, backed by the influence, resources, and stability to keep breaking new ground
