At Datacurve, we’re pushing the capabilities of AI by creating top quality coding data with the world’s leading foundation model labs. We’ve built a gamified developer platform to empower tens of thousands of coders around the world to join us on this mission.

As Strategic Project Lead, you will be at the center of our growth initiatives and supply-side operations. In this role, you’ll design and scale creative growth strategies to attract and onboard the world's best developers. Your work will involve building scalable operational systems, creating engaging incentive structures, and leading initiatives that activate our global developer community.

This is the role for you if you’re excited by fast-paced environments and eager to blend strategic thinking, operational rigor, and creative experimentation to drive meaningful outcomes. You’ll directly impact Datacurve’s growth trajectory, developer engagement, and the successful delivery of mission-critical client projects.

What you’ll do:
  • Strategic Growth

    • Explore inbound growth channels that garner interest from top devs around the world

    • Build pipelines for outreach that are highly scalable and yield quick conversions onto our platform

    • Design user acquisition funnels that minimize drop offs at each stage while ensuring reliable screening and seamless onboarding

  • Supply-side Operations

    • Build operational infrastructure that mobilizes thousands of devs to engage with our platform

    • Launch exciting projects, incentive structures, daily challenges, and other fun activities to engage our users

    • Foster a kind, ambitious, and hard-working community of developers to work with us on our projects

You’re a good fit if you have:
  • 3+ years of experience in related fields like operations, growth, strategy, product management, etc.

  • Proven track record scaling or optimizing operations in gig economies or two-sided marketplaces

  • Worked in high growth, early stage startups or directly with executives at later stage startups

  • Built something from scratch or scaled from 1 to n

  • Strong intuition in people skills and human psychology

  • Any sort of sales/account management experience

  • Excellent copywriting ability
