Our Sourcing Manager leads a Sourcing team responsible for supporting day-to-day, customer-driven sourcing requests aligned to sales execution and margin protection. Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, pricing, or commercial experience with experience leading Deal Desk team, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations roles preferred.
- Partner with Sales to shape sourcing strategies, supplier positioning, and pricing scenarios for key deals.
- Experience with large-scale RFPs and strategic sourcing processes.
- Proficiency in CRM and CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce, Deal Manager) and familiarity with ERP and pricing optimization tools
- Ensure sourcing solutions are competitive, margin‑accretive, operationally executable, and aligned with supply chain strategy
- Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
Support Strategic Sourcing and Category Management teams in aligning vendor negotiations with customer proposals.
Work Experience:
● 5-10 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Basic experience of simple office/operational systems.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experienced in providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges.● Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).● Strong planning and organization skills are required.Education:
