We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager – Software to join our Indirect Procurement organization. As a Software Sourcing Manager, you will be part of the go-to team for sourcing our EDA, Engineering and Enterprise software. This role will be part of the team driving the end-to-end sourcing strategy for the Software category at NVIDIA. You'll be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships across the organization and advise business partners and executive leaders accordingly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Source Engineering, EDA, Enterprise IT and other relevant Software.

  • Deliver hands-on sourcing services to the business including Supply market analysis, RFx execution, commercial negotiations, contract reviews, executive presentations and other sourcing-related activities.

  • Exhibit strong financial analysis and TCO modeling skills.

  • Lead Global Software category sourcing strategy initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to our business partners in Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, and Legal.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or other quantitative fields (or equivalent experience); MBA degree is a plus.

  • 8+ years of overall professional business experience.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience.

  • Experience sourcing Software category in a fast-paced enterprise hi-tech environment.

  • Hands-on sourcing experience in a small team environment, with strong negotiation skills.

  • Experience working at a global scale.

  • Strong Software category expertise with a record of execution excellence.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to frequently changing business needs.

  • Strong collaboration skills across organizational boundaries.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Sourcing experience in a major Technology or Semiconductor company.

  • Experience working with major global Software publishers.

  • Background with sourcing EDA and Engineering Software.

  • Strong presentation skills—both oral and written.

  • Experience using Workday Strategic Sourcing and DocuSign CLM.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
