About Us

At 3Y Health, we are building AI-driven software to empower healthcare providers and solve the overwhelming administrative complexity that consumes 40% of the industry’s revenue. Our end-to-end platform unlocks opportunities for clinician entrepreneurs, enabling medical professionals to launch, run, and grow private practices. By supporting these independent practices with the latest AI and automation, we’re helping providers reclaim their time, build thriving businesses, and deliver better outcomes for their communities. 3Y Health is backed by over $200M from top-tier investors including Founders Fund, General Catalyst, Softbank, and 8VC.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Operations Associate to drive progress against our vertical launches. This is a cross-functional role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving logistical puzzles, and is excited to support a mission-driven team.

  • Document repeatable processes and propose improvements as we grow

  • Help build internal dashboards and trackers to monitor progress

  • Support special projects (e.g. expanding insurance contracts, onboarding new providers)

  • Pitch in wherever needed—this is a startup and we all roll up our sleeves

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or early stage startup operations

  • Organized and proactive—you anticipate needs before they arise

  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets, tools like Airtable or Notion, and willing to learn new tech quickly

  • A clear and professional communicator (email, Zoom, Slack)

  • Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset

  • Experience in a self-starting, small team environment

  • 5 days a week in San Francisco
