The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Deals Tech Strategy AI & Tech Value Creation Manager, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes. Within our Deals practice, you will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic advisory services in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring to maximize client value
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business opportunities to develop strategic frameworks for client decision-making
- Guiding clients through complex transactions by identifying potential risks and opportunities
- Developing and executing strategies to optimize outcomes in deal-making processes
- Utilizing analytical thinking and financial modeling to support strategic planning and value creation
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic recommendations
- Overseeing the planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of client projects
- Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve service delivery and client engagement
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Law/Legal Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and financial risk analysis
- Utilizing strategic planning and competitive analysis for value creation
- Excelling in acquisition strategy and post-merger integration
- Embracing change and innovation in technology-driven environments
- Analyzing industry trends and market research for strategic insights
- Mentoring and coaching teams to enhance performance and deliver quality
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
