The Opportunity
As a Strategy Consulting Director within our Strategy practice, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strengths to maximize client satisfaction.
In this role at PwC, you will analyze client needs and offer consulting services across different strategic areas, guiding and supporting clients in developing and implementing effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth. Responsibilities
- Leading strategic consulting engagements to drive business growth and optimize client operations
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop actionable recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and enhance overall business performance
- Guiding the development and implementation of effective strategies aligned with client objectives
- Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations
- Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive together
- Mentoring and cultivating the next generation of leaders within the organization
- Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership in the industry
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making
- Identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating strategic leadership in health services consulting

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
