Strategy Manager

At MECCA, strategy is about more than making plans, it's about shaping what's next. As our Strategy Manager, you'll partner with leaders across the business to solve our most important challenges, uncover new opportunities, and help define the future of MECCA.

Working as part of our Strategy & Insights team, you'll lead high-impact strategic initiatives from concept through to execution, influencing enterprise-wide decisions that drive long term growth. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, inspire collaboration across teams, and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling recommendations that create meaningful business outcomes.

The Role You Could Play:

• Lead end to end strategic projects across enterprise strategy, corporate planning, growth opportunities and critical business initiatives.

• Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic priorities, build alignment and influence key business decisions.

• Turn complex analysis into clear recommendations and executive-level presentations that drive action.

• Lead cross functional project teams while coaching and developing Strategy Analysts.

• Champion a collaborative, high performing team culture and continuously evolve how we work.

What You Will Bring:

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• 5+ years' experience, including at least 3 years in a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank or corporate strategy team.

• Experience within retail, beauty or consumer goods will be highly regarded.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex business challenges.

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and financial modelling experience.

• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels of the business.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel capability.

• A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Law or a related discipline
