About Dose

Dose is a rapidly growing, science-backed consumer health company focused on solving root-cause health issues through clinically-backed formulation/products. Our hero SKU, Dose for your Liver, has helped hundreds of thousands of customers improve their health, and now the business is expanding into other condition-specific categories including cholesterol and blood pressure.

We are hiring a Strategy Manager to work directly with the Chief of Staff and leadership team on the company’s most important strategic priorities.

The Role

This role is designed for someone with top-tier consulting experience who wants to transition into an operating role and work directly on building and scaling a high-growth company.

You will work on the highest-priority, most complex strategic questions facing Dose and partner closely with leadership to develop strategy and drive execution.

You will operate as a generalist across the business, with exposure to commercial strategy, product strategy, retention, pricing, channel expansion, and organizational scaling.

This role offers significantly greater ownership, responsibility, and impact than a typical consulting role.

Example Problems You May Work On
  • How can Dose improve customer retention and lifetime value across cohorts?

  • What pricing and format strategies should we add to the testing roadmap?

  • Which new health categories and products should Dose expand into next?

  • How should Dose scale its practitioner and healthcare channel?

  • What operational and organizational changes are required to support the next phase of growth?

You will work directly with leadership to answer these questions and help implement solutions.

What You’ll DoLead Strategic Initiatives End-to-End

Own high-impact initiatives from initial problem definition through execution, including:

  • Structuring problems and developing analytical frameworks

  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Developing recommendations and implementation plans

  • Driving execution with functional and project leaders

You will be responsible for outcomes, not just analysis.

Conduct Analyses

Develop analyses and models to support strategic decision-making, including:

  • Customer lifetime value and retention analysis

  • Pricing and contribution margin analysis

  • Cohort and behavioral analysis

  • Forecasting and scenario modeling

  • Business cases for new initiatives

Partner Directly with Leadership

Work closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to:

  • Support key strategic decisions

  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities

  • Improve operational effectiveness

You will have regular exposure to senior leadership and visibility into company-wide strategy.

Help the Company Scale Effectively

Support the evolution of Dose’s operating model as the company grows, including:

  • Organizational design

  • Process improvement

  • Strategic planning

  • Cross-functional coordination

Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience
  • 2–3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm

  • Strong track record of performance and increasing responsibility

  • 1–2 years experience in an operating role post-consulting (strategy, ops, finance, or growth) and exposure to ecommerce metrics is a bonus.

Skills

Strong candidates will demonstrate:

  • Exceptional structured thinking and problem solving ability

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Ability to operate both cross-functionally and independently in ambiguous environments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of intellectual rigor and attention to detail

Mindset and Characteristics

We are looking for people who demonstrate:

Ownership mentality
You take responsibility for outcomes and drive work forward independently.

Intellectual curiosity
You want to deeply understand how businesses operate and scale.

Bias for action
You move quickly and focus on execution, not just analysis.

High standards
You produce rigorous, thoughtful, high-quality work.

Results orientation
You are focused on outcomes not just activity.

Why Join Dose

This role offers a rare opportunity to transition from consulting into a high-impact operating role and help build a category-defining company.

You will:

  • Work directly with leadership on the company’s most important strategic decisions

  • Have significantly more ownership and impact than a typical consulting role

  • Develop deep operational experience across a rapidly growing business

  • Help build one of the most trusted consumer health companies globally

Strong performers in this role are well-positioned to grow into senior leadership roles at Dose over time.
