Our Mission

Reflection’s mission is to build open superintelligence and make it accessible to all.

We’re developing open weight models for individuals, agents, enterprises, and even nation states. Our team of AI researchers and company builders come from DeepMind, OpenAI, Google Brain, Meta, Character.AI, Anthropic and beyond.

About Us

At Reflection, we are building American, frontier open-source models and looking to scale our team rapidly. We’ve assembled a world-class team that has driven major breakthroughs in large language models and reinforcement learning over the past decade, serving as research and technical leads on some of the most capable AI systems ever created.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Generalist to help us quickly scale out operations.

You will partner closely with founders, engineering, research, and business teams to drive high-priority projects across the company — from GTM strategy and, data and automation, partnerships, internal operations and org scaling. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented: able to think big picture, but a builder at heart.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive and execute cross-functional initiatives spanning product, research, and business operations.

  • Build scalable processes to help the company move faster as we grow.

  • Partner with leadership on strategic planning, prioritization, and execution.

  • Own special projects that may range from market analysis, automation, and partnerships, ops, and finance.

  • Develop insights and frameworks to guide decision-making across the company.

  • Serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team, identifying bottlenecks and unlocking growth.

What We’re Looking For
  • 7-10 years experience in strategy or operations in an early stage startup, or consulting experience with a top tier firm.

  • Autonomous with ownership mentality.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Adaptability and resourcefulness — you thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments.

  • Deep interest in AI, AI strategies and the AI market.

What We Offer:

We believe that to build superintelligence that is truly open, you need to start at the foundation. Joining Reflection means building from the ground up as part of a small talent-dense team. You will help define our future as a company, and help define the frontier of open foundational models.

We want you to do the most impactful work of your career with the confidence that you and the people you care about most are supported.

  • Top-tier compensation: Salary and equity structured to recognize and retain the best talent globally.

  • Health & wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

  • Life & family: Fully paid parental leave for all new parents, including adoptive and surrogate journeys. Financial support for family planning.

  • Benefits & balance: paid time off when you need it, relocation support, and more perks that optimize your time.

  • Opportunities to connect with teammates: lunch and dinner are provided daily. We have regular off-sites and team celebrations.
