Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in development of engineering releases to provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle
- Assists in review and approval of supplier technical data and documents for compliance with FAA and other regulatory bodies
- Verifies supplier design to meet customer and Boeing specifications
- Coordinates with certification specialists to ensure proper certification and test documentation prior to aircraft delivery
- Assists in process improvement activities with our team in an effort to streamline the seats installations, certification and rework processes
- Skills and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years engineering experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Experience using IVT, CATIA, ENOVIA/PDM, ETAC, and SDT tools
- Knowledge of Boeing engineering release requirements
- Knowledge of aircraft interiors and layouts
- Excellent communication and project management skills
