Looking for a hands-on SuccessFactors LMS Admin (IT-side BSA) who can handle LMS tickets, configure the system, build reports (PRD/Plateau), and improve processes. Not a ServiceNow or generic SAP role.
This is a SuccessFactors LMS Admin + IT-side BSA (Hands-on role)

Handle ~900 LMS tickets/year, Debug issues like: Curriculum issues + AICC content problems + Config vs integration issues
And later Decide: Is this IT issue or business issue? (Not just closing tickets — analyzing patterns & reducing tickets)
Will also be Configure LMS modules (NOT heavy customization)

Key Responsibilities
1. Deep LMS Administration, Configuration & Support (Primary Focus)
• Own and support full configuration and administration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
• Manage domains, role based permissions, security structures, assignment profiles, user data imports, and admin roles.
• Support business with creation and questions on items, classes, programs, catalogs, curricula, and blended learning structures.
• Configure and maintain workflows, approval processes, evaluations, surveys, and notifications.
• Manage & provide support on content lifecycle including version control for SCORM/xAPI/AICC content and troubleshoot tracking issues with precision.
• Perform learning history corrections following documented SOPs and governance rules.
2. Compliance, Audit, and Governance
• Maintain audit ready learning records and generate evidence packages as needed.
• Implement and enforce governance around user access, data retention, domain structures, and naming conventions.
• Partner with Compliance and Internal Audit on quarterly access reviews, history updates, and training completion evidence.
3. Reporting, Analytics & Data Quality
• Build accurate and automated reports using SuccessFactors and work in partnership with Data & Analytics team for tableau reports.
• Create compliance dashboards for mandatory training, overdue items, curricula completion, and audit metrics with business and Data & Analytics team.
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies, analyze root causes, and ensure history adjustments follow strict controls.
• Support data requests from Learning, Leadership, Legal, Security, and Compliance etc.
4. Integrations & Technical Enablement
• Understanding of SAP BTP integration
• Support and troubleshoot integrations between SF Learning and content vendors (LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft, Precipio, OpenSesame, Coursera).
• Monitor SFTP jobs, API data flows, and integration logs; collaborate with IT on incident resolution.
• Support SSO and identity management integrations (Okta / Azure AD through SAML).
• Drive impact assessments and regression testing for SAP SuccessFactors bi annual releases.
5. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership
• Work with Learning BUs to translate business needs into scalable LMS configurations.
• Conduct requirements gathering, write BRDs/FRDs, and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Lead UAT cycles, create test scripts, manage test execution, and document results.
• Provide training and enablement to internal administrators and SMEs.
Required Qualifications
Must Have (Non Negotiable)
• 5+ years of deep, hands on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
• Proven background operating in audit driven or regulated environments (SOX, GxP, ISO, OSHA, or similar).
• Advanced expertise in:
o LMS security model (domains, roles, assignment profiles)
o SCORM/xAPI/AICC content debugging and tracking
o Learning history corrections and data governance
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially around:
o Content launch/tracking
o User assignments
o Connector/SFTP/AICC issues
o Integrations and sync errors
• Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Platform (RBP, BizX Admin Center).
• Exceptional documentation skills and strong attention to detail—critical for audit readiness.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules beyond LMS (EC, PMGM, Onboarding, Platform).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident/change/CMDB).
• Experience with Jira/Confluence .
