Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Optimization Intern to join our Global Recruiting Optimization team. This role provides hands-on experience supporting recruiting processes, documentation, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and interested in gaining exposure to recruiting systems, workflows, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Documentation & Knowledge Management:

    Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation, training materials, and self-serve resources for the recruiting team.

    Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and accurate.

  • Recruiting Systems Support:

    Help manage components of the recruiting technology stack (ATS, scheduling platforms, assessments, etc.).

    Support system updates, testing, and user guidance under the direction of senior team members.

  • Operational & Project Support:

    Assist with day-to-day recruiting related tasks, such as tracking process milestones, monitoring workflows, and surfacing potential issues.

    Support project coordination for recruiting initiatives and process improvement efforts.

  • Data & Reporting Assistance:

    Help collect, organize, and summarize recruiting operational data.

    Support the creation of basic reports and dashboards for team visibility.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner with other teams to gather information, provide documentation support, and ensure process consistency.

  • AI & Agentic Curiosity: A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and how "agentic" workflows can transform traditional talent functions.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate program with a focus on Business, Human Resources or related field (2027 Spring Grad)

  • Strong organizational & business AI analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Interest in learning about recruiting operations, systems, and process optimization.

  • Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack; familiarity with Smartsheet, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to recruiting technologies such as Workday, GoodTime, or similar platforms.

  • Interest in data analysis, process improvement, or operational workflows.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a global, fast-paced recruiting organization.

Summer 2026 Internship Dates:
GROUP 1: May 18 - Aug 7th
GROUP 2: June 1 - Aug 21st
GROUP 3: June 15 - Sep 4th
