We’re looking for curious, motivated, and driven students to join us across a variety of teams, where you’ll gain hands-on experience working on meaningful projects that make a real impact. Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute fresh ideas, and explore innovative ways to improve how we work—often leveraging data, technology, and AI.
This is a unique opportunity to build real-world skills, learn from experienced professionals, and gain insight into how a global organization operates. Whether your interests lie in People & HR, Operations, Commercial, Data, or beyond, you’ll have the chance to contribute to impactful initiatives and grow your professional toolkit.
As a Smartly Intern, you will…- Work on high-impact projects aligned with your team’s goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Conduct research, analyze data, and present insights or recommendations
- Explore innovative tools and technologies, including AI, to improve processes
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and intern programming
- Deliver a final project or presentation showcasing your work and learnings
- Is a rising Junior, Senior, or recent graduate from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Is curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong analytical and communication skills
- Enjoys problem-solving and thinking critically
- Is interested in technology, innovation, and/or business operations
- Is a team player who can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Is authorized to work in the United States
This internship is paid at $20 per hour and will be approximately 30 hours per week between June 2nd and August 7th of 2026.
