Catalyst IQ is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands‑on experience across digital marketing, content creation, website optimization, paid advertising, and outreach initiatives. This person will support marketing team members with day‑to‑day execution while learning how modern marketing supports growth in the automotive advertising industry. 

This role is hybrid and ideal for a student looking to build foundational marketing skills while contributing to real campaigns and projects. 

You will gain hands‑on experience across a variety of marketing initiatives and channels, including: 

  • Supporting website content updates and learning and implementing the fundamentals of SEO and AEO search optimization. 
  • Assisting with the distribution of marketing content across digital platforms and sometimes taking first passes at drafting content. 
  • Helping publish or draft social media content and repurposing existing materials for different audiences. 
  • Supporting paid marketing efforts including assisting with drafting ad copy and designing layouts in Canva. 
  • Supporting email outreach campaigns, including sales and nurture communications. 
  • Collaborating with and learning from the marketing team on ongoing projects in a fast‑paced environment.  

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
  • Strong writing and communication skills 
  • Interest or experience in creating website pages 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content 
  • A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn 
  • Willingness to come into the office some days
  • Ability to work collaboratively
