The Supervisor, Operations Processing & Transactions will lead the Adjustment team within Transfer Agency Operations, overseeing end-to-end correction processing for intermediated accounts when transaction- or account-level errors require resolution. This leader will manage the Arizona-based team, currently consisting of four crew members ranging from IC3 to IC5 levels, ensuring adjustments are reviewed, approved, and processed accurately and timely while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to build effective partnerships across Transfer Agency Operations and key business partners. The supervisor will also play a critical role in supporting transformation efforts, including modernization initiatives, platform testing, change readiness activities, and team communications.

This hybrid role (in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for adjustment processing, including hiring, performance management, feedback, training, and career development in accordance with applicable HR policies and procedures.

  • Oversee daily adjustment operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant correction processing for intermediated accounts.

  • Review and approve adjustment activity within assigned approval limits, including adjustments under established financial thresholds, ensuring appropriate documentation, accuracy, and sound judgment.

  • Monitor operational metrics, daily goals, service quality, and processing standards to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging team environment grounded in open communication, accountability, teamwork, and clear direction.

  • Partner closely with peer leaders and business partners across Transfer Agency, Finance Operations, Pennsylvania-based operations teams, and related functions to support consistent execution and issue resolution.

  • Lead through change by communicating timely updates, preparing the team for modernization initiatives, and supporting adoption of new tools, platforms, and processes.

  • Contribute to process improvement, procedure development, testing activities, and operational readiness efforts related to future platform enhancements.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of departmental procedures, compliance expectations, risk controls, and regulatory requirements to guide team decisions and daily operations.

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of related experience required.

  • Two years of operations processing experience preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.

  • Prior people leadership experience preferred; candidates with strong operational expertise, demonstrated coaching ability, and leadership potential may also be considered.

  • Experience in financial services, transfer agency, intermediated accounts, transaction processing, corrections, adjustments, or a related operations environment preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to review complex operational transactions, assess supporting documentation, and make accurate, risk-informed decisions.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and levels.

  • Proven ability to lead through change, support process improvement, and keep teams engaged during technology or business transformation.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to balance daily production needs with quality, risk, and service expectations.

  • Ability to use operational systems, workflow tools, reporting, and documentation to manage work, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
