nightlife, and immersive customer experiences. As our Live Sales and social commerce division
rapidly expands, we’re continuing to build a strong operational and leadership team to support
livestream growth across platforms including Whatnot and TikTok Live.

Position Overview and Responsibilities

    The Live Sales Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily execution, team performance, operational flow, and customer experience of the Live Sales department. This role focuses heavily on team supervision, show execution, operational organization, KPI performance, and the maintenance of strong business standards throughout livestream operations.

    The ideal candidate has experience leading teams in fast-paced retail, production, or sales environments and understands how to balance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business performance.

    Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations and execution of the Live Sales department
  • Supervise Hosts, Auctioneers, Curators, Prep, and Fulfillment teams during livestream operations
  • Help ensure livestreams are organized, operationally prepared, and customer-ready
  • Monitor team productivity, pacing, engagement, and overall show execution
  • Assist with achieving business KPIs, including revenue, conversion, AOV, units sold, and operational efficiency
  • Support scheduling, task delegation, workflow organization, and team communication
  • Partner with merchandising, inventory, fulfillment, and production teams to support business needs
  • Assist with inventory flow, replenishment, organization, and operational accuracy
  • Help troubleshoot operational challenges in real time during live programming
  • Support onboarding, training, coaching, and development of team members
  • Ensure company standards, operational processes, and customer experience expectations are maintained
  • Assist with post-show recaps, operational reporting, and performance feedback
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Dolls Kill product categories, promotions, and brand voice.

Qualifications

    Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of leadership, retail, operations, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making abilities
  • Experience in retail, sales, fulfillment, production, social commerce, or customer experience environments preferred
  • Comfortable adapting quickly during livestream operations and changing business needs
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling
  • Experience with Shopify, Whatnot, TikTok Live, or livestream commerce is a plus
  • Passion for fashion, digital commerce, customer engagement, and team leadership
