BGS Supplier Quality is a dynamic and fast-paced organization supporting BGS' global supply base and we have an exciting Supplier Quality Analyst opportunity as the Project Manager on the Functional Excellence team. In this role, you will manage BGS Supplier Quality projects and process improvements, support and develop the Supplier Quality tools and metrics necessary to effectively run the business.
An ideal candidate will be highly motivated and forward thinking, possess supplier quality/project management acumen and have the desire and leadership ability to adapt quickly and operate in a changing environment. Able to jump out of your comfort zone, use out of the box thinking and techniques to meet organizational goals. Strong verbal and written communication skills with project management and supplier quality experience.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight, project leadership, and reporting for projects in support of organizational goals and objectives
- Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements
- Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks, providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
- Provides assessment of team performance to appropriate management
- Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in supporting the Boeing Quality Management System
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Demonstrates qualities including flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and works well under pressure, systems thinking, organizational skills, curiosity, follow-through and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with data systems and tools
- Previous experience in Quality/Supplier Quality/Project Management
- Self-starter who creates and implements job-related solutions and procedures
- Demonstrated presentation skills to senior managers and/or executives
- Strong Quality Management Systems/Business Acumen, , Communication, Continuous Improvement, Customer Focus, Building Positive Relationships
