What You’ll Do:

The Supplier Quality team partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure our hardware ecosystem meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. We work directly with global suppliers and internal stakeholders to support CoreWeave’s rapidly scaling data center and high-performance compute infrastructure.

About the Role:

As a Supplier Quality Engineer focused on Network, you will own supplier quality performance across critical networking technologies used in high-performance computing and data center environments. Your day-to-day will include working hands-on with suppliers to resolve quality issues, defining and enforcing quality requirements, and driving corrective and preventive actions. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams to identify issues early and ensure reliable, scalable hardware delivery. This role plays a key part in maintaining the performance and reliability standards that power CoreWeave’s infrastructure.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience with high-speed networking components such as passive and active cables, NVLink bridges, transceivers, optics, routers, and switches
  • Strong understanding of high-speed data transmission standards, signal integrity, and interconnect performance validation
  • Experience defining quality requirements, specifications, and incoming inspection criteria for network and data center hardware
  • Proven ability to manage supplier quality issues including non-conformances, deviations, and CAPA
  • Hands-on experience conducting supplier audits and quality assessments
  • Working knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes and quality assurance methodologies
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and structured root cause analysis techniques
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, QMS tools, and ERP systems, NetSuite preferred
  • Experience managing supplier performance metrics such as defect rates and delivery timelines
  • Experience working with ODMs, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers in the data center or telecom space
  • Ability and willingness to travel 25–50 percent
Preferred:
  • Quality certifications such as Six Sigma, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar
  • Experience supporting hardware in high-performance compute environments
  • Hands-on experience with NVLink, PCIe, Ethernet, InfiniBand, or similar interconnect standards
  • Experience applying lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
  • Exposure to scripting languages or automation tools used in quality or manufacturing environments

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
