Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage procurement, logistics, and vendor relations in support of engineering and manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure that materials, products, and resources are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

Coordinate purchasing of materials, products, and services.
Maintain vendor relationships and track supplier performance.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers as needed.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

Monitor inventory levels and reorder points.
Track shipments, deliveries, and product availability.
Ensure accurate records for materials, orders, and inventory.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain procurement records and supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
Support internal and external audits as required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams to support project needs.
Assist with supply chain process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or defense contracting environments.
Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
