OUR MISSION

True Anomaly delivers decisive capabilities for space superiority. We build autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors — enabling the U.S. and its Allies to secure the space environment and counter threats from the ultimate high ground.

OUR VALUES

  • Be the offset. We create asymmetric advantages with creativity and ingenuity.

Your Mission

As a Supply Chain Data Intern at True Anomaly, you will work at the intersection of data and operations to keep our mission hardware moving. We move fast and expect you to as well.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from internal systems to track KPIs including inventory levels, supplier lead times, on-time delivery, and fulfillment rates
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give operations and procurement teams the visibility they need to make fast, confident decisions
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop data-backed recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with procurement, supplier development, logistics, and inventory teams to understand data needs and translate them into clear outputs
  • Document workflows, models, and analytical findings for both technical and non-technical audiences

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward action
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Clear communicator — written and verbal — across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and/or Confluence)
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python/R for data querying and analysis
  • Coursework or applied knowledge in supply chain fundamentals — inventory management, logistics, procurement
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) through coursework or prior work
  • Previous internship, research, or project experience in an operations or analytics role
  • Genuine interest in aerospace, defense, or mission-critical hardware supply chains

Compensation

  • $28/hr
