Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2) to join our Supply Chain team located in San Antonio, Texason 1st shift.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with supplier management support, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, and customers to support 787 Program Operations
  • Releases and maintains orders; documents and resolves order delinquencies; reports schedule adherence issues
  • Applies developed solutions to inventory plans
  • Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
  • Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
  • Ensures on-time delivery; optimizes inventory levels; creates schedules for products and services
  • Coordinates & supports process improvements
  • Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience in a position where priorities changed frequently & customer service was critical to the team's success
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain and/or materials management
  • 1+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data & presenting analysis / recommendations to management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience with ERPLN, Velocity, Order Manager and REDARS systems
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace related manufacturing operations or production support
  • Effective problem solving and time management skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, with ability to prioritize critical tasks

Summary Pay Range: $70,550 - $95,450
