The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the company's software procurement and indirect sourcing activities, developing strategic supplier relationships, and implementing efficient sourcing strategies that optimize cost, compliance, and operational performance across the organization.

Role
  • Manage the full lifecycle of software procurement, from requirements gathering and vendor evaluation through contract negotiation, renewal, and ongoing vendor management.
  • Partner with Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to develop software sourcing strategies, evaluate technology solutions, analyze licensing models, and optimize cost, functionality, and vendor performance.

  • Develop and execute category strategies for software procurement, including SaaS, cloud services, enterprise applications, and other technology categories.
  • Monitor software market trends, emerging technologies, licensing models, vendor roadmaps, and pricing to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies that achieve business objectives while building strong, long-term partnerships with strategic software vendors and service providers.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to manage software renewals, license compliance, contract obligations, and supplier performance throughout the vendor lifecycle.
