Role objective:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply

chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics,

and vendor relationships. The goal is to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of

goods while maintaining quality standards and minimizing risk.

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy & Planning

● Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives

● Forecast demand and align supply plans to meet customer and operational needs

● Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities to improve supply chain resilience

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Procurement & Vendor Management

● Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and vendors

● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)

● Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

● Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure continuity of supply

Inventory Management

● Establish and maintain optimal inventory levels to balance cost and service levels

● Implement inventory control systems and processes

● Monitor stock levels, turnover rates, and obsolescence

● Conduct regular audits and reconciliation

Logistics & Distribution

● Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations

● Optimize shipping routes and delivery schedules

● Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements

● Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers as needed

Operations Coordination

● Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities

● Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders

● Address and resolve operational bottlenecks and disruptions

Data Analysis & Reporting

● Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, service level, and lead times

● Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership

● Use data insights to drive decision-making and process improvements

Risk Management & Compliance

● Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., supplier disruptions, delays)

● Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

● Develop contingency plans and business continuity strategies

Qualifications:

● Bachelors of Science in Engineering

● 6+ Years of industry experience in supply chain development, sourcing management

● Ability to travel Internationally

● Hands-on experience in machined parts, molding, circuit boards, sensors etc.

● Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

● Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments
