The Supply Planner supports the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure optimal inventory levels, high service performance, and efficient production planning across our portfolio. This role partners cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Project Management, Finance, Sales and Brand teams to balance service, cost, and inventory objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced beauty environment where speed-to-market, new launches, and promotional activity are critical to success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain short- and mid-term supply plans aligned to demand forecasts and production capacity
- Monitor inventory levels across finished goods and components to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
- Execute replenishment planning to support service level targets and working capital goals
- Identify supply risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
- Create and manage purchase orders and production schedules in alignment with lead times and capacity constraints
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Track production status and escalate delays or constraints as needed
- Coordinate inbound shipments from domestic and international suppliers to ensure on-time arrival to warehouses and 3PL partners
- Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to manage delivery schedules and resolve inbound delays
- Support customs documentation and compliance processes as applicable
- Create and maintain accurate item master data in ERP/MRP systems, including SKUs, BOMs, lead times, MOQ, pack configurations, and vendor information
- Ensure system accuracy for new product launches, product changes, and discontinuations
- Maintain data governance standards to support planning accuracy, reporting integrity, and operational execution
- Partner cross-functionally to validate setup requirements prior to PO release or production scheduling
- Perform routine audits to ensure master data integrity and resolve discrepancies
- Support supply readiness for new product launches and limited-edition programs
- Coordinate cross-functional timelines to ensure launch execution
- Monitor post-launch performance and adjust supply plans accordingly

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, or related supply chain role
- Experience in CPG, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) strongly preferred
- Experience with SQL and Python - nice to have
- Understanding of inbound logistics and inventory flow processes
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
